AIR-T
The product is a latest development of AIR company. AIR-T(efficient and energy-saving, does not waste tank, without pollution, form film rapidly, with little additive amount) does not need Promoting agent, surface adjusting agent and washing. It is easily to manage the bath solution. Phosphating cost for parts is USD0.037/m2.

How to use it:
1. When making the groove, you just need to dilute AIR-TA with water as 1:20-25.
2. If you want to form the film quickly and evenly, or the temperature of bath solution is under 5, you can add AIR-TA as 1/7 and AIR-TB at the same time for improving effect when process workpiece.
Adjust bath solution
1. please control the free acid at the range of 1.5~2,
2. please control the total degree of acidity at the range of 8~10, if higer, please add into some water to lower the total acidity.
3. If the total acidity and free acid is too low, please replenish AIR-TA to raise the status point.
Precaution:
1. Please store it under 40, and do not swallow it. If splash into eyes, please wash your eyes with a large amount of water and go to hospital timely.
2. The product is acid, so please do not touch alkaline substances to avoid failure.
