AIR-01A Coating Mist Polycoagulant
Application Range: suitable for all kinds of water-based or solvent based paint.
Capable of gathering spray painting and making it in loose flock state and float upward.
Appearance: translucent liquid
Charateristics: inorganic salt and various chemical componds
Proportion: 1.20 (20)
Using Method: addition of flocculant based on 0.3-0.5% concentration of AIR-01A into circulating water of painting-spray room, and make the PH value of circulating water between 9-10.
Addition: consecutive addition into the circulating sink should be based on 4-5% of overspray paint amount and actual addition amount should be based on each specific concrete situation of the equipment.
